General Terms
We have patnered with a supplier in the UAE for all the products, delivery and installation. Hence, once the order is processed, the supplier’s team will communicate with the customer for the delivery and instalation. Incase if the customer faces any issue or need support with the order purhase, please contact us at support@gardenmeuae.com and we will get back to you ASAP.
– As per the company’s SLA, we will have customer’s order processed, shipped and delivered within 3 days or 72 hours from the time we receive customer’s purchase order/s.
– All our products are currently limited to the UAE only. Currently we are not taking orders and shipping outside the UAE.
– For now delivery across UAE (Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman) is flat AED 30. For more information, please contact us at info@gardenmeuae.com.
Any orders received before 3:30PM on any given day will be considered as Day 1 of the orders made. Otherwsie the orders will be processed the following day and considered as day 1 accordingly.
